Objectives

• Celebrate the 50-year mission of the USCWRCFI through visual art
• Raise awareness and inspire action towards challenges on water resources
• Serve as an avenue for young artists to exhibit their skills

Schedule

Eligibility and Registration

1. Open to on-going students for any Undergraduate and Graduate Program of the University of San Carlos.
2. Participant must be 18 years old and above.
3. Participants must pre-register through the online form: bit.ly/uscwrcfi50_on-the-spot-postermaking
4. Participants should present their School ID and sign their attendance and official waiver on the day of the contest.
5. All participants should bring their own sketching and drawing tools for dry media only. Painting is not allowed.

Criteria for Judging

• Relevance to the Theme – 40%
  • How well the artwork aligns with the contest theme to be announced on the day
• Creativity and Originality – 30%
  • Uniqueness, innovativeness, showcases fresh ideas and personal expression
• Composition and Technique – 20%
  • Skill in using forms, lines, shape, and space
• Online Votes – 10%
  • The number of likes and hearts received on the official Facebook page for a period to be announced online.
